I think 800 is better on the 7D than 100 was on the 10D.

You are probably correct about how the ear tags came to be on the black bear.Willardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17059945499957721902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-548746342098750625.post-73257726969633453372010-08-15T22:09:43.363-04:002010-08-15T22:09:43.363-04:00Thanks, Jim. Right now, the display shows the aperture, f-stop, ISO, RAW and the amount of battery left. Time to break out the manual again. :) Thanks for the e-mail, too. I look forward to learning from you!Adrienne Zwarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15399915534602362046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-548746342098750625.post-34142577759435374852010-08-15T17:59:04.288-04:002010-08-15T17:59:04.288-04:00What lovely photos of the deer! I take shots and look at histogram on back of camera and then adjust exposure compensation to push the histogram to the right--but keep it from "blowing out" the highlights.

Also, I only shoot raw so that I preserve all the information about an image that is possible with the camera.

feel free to email me with any questions. jim51(at)bordenphotography.com

JimAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05400574861179520996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-548746342098750625.post-85806017078537495982010-08-14T22:50:20.014-04:002010-08-14T22:50:20.014-04:00Hi, Jim.
